1. By accessing this site (the 'Site') you agree to the

terms. These conditions of use form an agreement between you and

Disclaimer of liability

Data protection
15. Semta has been registered in accordance with United Kingdom
Data Protection legislation and complies with all relevant
legislation. All organisations have responsibilities under the Act
regarding the implementation of procedures and practices to
adequately secure information of a personal nature and not to
disclose such information unless permission has been granted.
16. Semta collects personal information from visitors to this
website through the use of enquiry and registration forms, and
every time you e-mail us your details. We may monitor and collect
the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses of visitors to the Site, and
this information may be used for analysis and customer care
purposes. Semta does not use cookies to capture personal
information.
17. Whilst Semta uses reasonable endeavours to protect your
