Public consultation events on the Advanced Level Diploma in Science

9^th February – 4^th May 2010

A 12 week public consultation is due to take place on the Advanced Level Diploma in Science Line of Learning Statement (the Vision). The consultation period will run between 9^th February and 4^th May 2010. Participants will be able to either attend a regional consultation event or to complete an online survey.

Consultation events

The dates and venues for the regional events are:

3 March 2010 – The Moller Centre, Cambridge
9 March 2010 – The Crown Plaza, Liverpool
19 March 2010 – Jumeirah Carlton Tower, London
23 March 2010 – Mercure Holland House, Bristol
13 April 2010 – The Techno Centre, Coventry
15 April 2010 – National College for Leadership Nottingham
20 April 2010 - City Inn, Leeds
22 April 2010 – Radisson SAS, Durham

Who should participate?

Representatives from awarding bodies, colleges, schools, universities, employers and other organisations interested in shaping the new Diploma in Science are invited to participate in the consultation.
